StoneVaults operates a B2B natural-stone marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers for slabs, tiles, blocks, and related stone products. For privacy requests, contact us via https://www.stonevaults.com/contact or email the support address published on our Contact page.
2. Information we collect
Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed), role (buyer/supplier/admin), and profile details. Business data: company name, address, country, trade documents, certifications, and supplier verification materials. Marketplace activity: product listings, images, RFQs, quotes, orders, favorites, chat messages and attachments, and related timestamps. Device & technical data: IP address, device type, app version, browser, approximate network location, crash logs, and push notification tokens (FCM). Auth data: Google Sign-In tokens when you choose Google login. Payments: StoneVaults currently facilitates commercial coordination; off-platform payment details you choose to share in chat or order notes are processed as user-provided content.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; operate catalog, RFQ, quote, order, messaging, and notification features; verify suppliers and improve trust & safety; send transactional emails and push notifications; personalize browsing (e.g. saved products); analyze product performance; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your region, we rely on: contract performance (providing the marketplace you requested); legitimate interests (security, product improvement, B2B communications); consent (optional marketing or certain device permissions such as photos/notifications); and legal obligation when required by law.
5. Sharing of information
We share information with: other users as needed for marketplace workflows (e.g. buyers see supplier company profiles; counterparties see RFQ/order/chat content); service providers (hosting, email, cloud storage, analytics, Firebase/FCM, Google authentication); and authorities when legally required. Suppliers remain responsible for the accuracy of listing and company content they publish.
6. International transfers
StoneVaults is used internationally. Data may be processed in countries where we or our processors operate. We take reasonable steps to protect transferred data consistent with this policy and applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for disputes, audit, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request deletion as described in our Account Deletion page.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and infrastructure security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your credentials and devices.
9. Your choices & rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can update profile details in the app or website account settings, manage notification permissions in device settings, and request account deletion as described on our Account Deletion page. 10. Children
StoneVaults is a B2B trade platform intended for adults and businesses. It is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Mobile permissions
The mobile app may request: photos/media (listing images, chat attachments); notifications (order and message alerts); and network access. Permissions are optional where possible and used only for the stated feature.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
