If you created a StoneVaults account on the website or mobile app, you can request permanent deletion of that account and related personal data using the steps below.
Option A — Contact form: open https://www.stonevaults.com/contact, select a support type, and write “Account deletion request” in the subject with the email used on your account. Option B — Email: send an account deletion request from your registered email address to the support email listed on the Contact page. Option C — In product: signed-in users may also open Account settings (web or app) and contact support from there.
Upon verified request we delete or anonymize: your login credentials and profile fields; device push tokens; favorites; and personally identifying account metadata. Chat, RFQ, quote, and order records may be retained in anonymized or limited form where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance.
We may retain non-personal aggregated analytics; transaction records required by law; and content you published as a supplier that remains necessary for counterparties (we may anonymize your personal identity where feasible). Google Sign-In tokens are revoked from our side; you should also disconnect StoneVaults from your Google account settings if desired.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation when deletion is complete. Active unpaid obligations or open disputes may delay full erasure until resolved.
To protect accounts, we may ask you to verify ownership (e.g. login confirmation or email challenge) before deleting data.
